The Andamanly Partner App is now live on the Google Play Store. Built for local Andaman tourism businesses, it gives hotel owners, activity operators, ferry vendors, and vehicle rental businesses a dedicated mobile app to manage their entire Andamanly presence — bookings, inventory, payouts, and reviews — from their phone.

The Launch

Until now, vendors managed their Andamanly listings through the web dashboard on a desktop or laptop. With the Partner App, everything is now accessible on Android — you get instant push notifications the moment a booking lands, you can accept or reject bookings on the go, and you can update your availability calendar without sitting at a desk.

Getting Onboarded

When you open the app for the first time, a 3-slide introduction walks you through the core value: booking management, real-time inventory control, and payout tracking. After that, you register and complete vendor onboarding entirely within the app:

Create your account
Register with email and password, or sign in with Google. Both paths take under a minute.

Complete vendor onboarding
Select your vendor type, enter your company name, phone, address, and operating island. Upload your company logo.

Add bank details
Provide your bank name, account number, IFSC code, and GSTIN (optional). This is where your payouts will be transferred.

Sign your vendor agreement via WhatsApp OTP
An OTP is sent to your WhatsApp number. Verify it to digitally sign your vendor agreement — including your commission structure and payout terms.

Wait for admin approval
After submission, the Andamanly team reviews your account (typically 1–2 business days). You'll be notified on WhatsApp and via push notification when approved.

App unlocks — go live
Once approved, the full dashboard, inventory tools, and booking management are available. Add your listings from the web panel and start receiving bookings.

Dashboard & Analytics

The home screen gives you a real-time snapshot of your business on Andamanly. Every stat on the dashboard is specific to your vendor type — hotel vendors see room type counts and occupancy, ferry vendors see schedule and inventory data, and so on.

Booking status breakdown
A pie chart showing your bookings split by Processing, Confirmed, Rejected, and Cancelled status — at a glance.
Revenue chart (last 6 months)
A bar chart of confirmed booking revenue over the past 6 months. Useful for spotting seasonal patterns and slow periods.
Upcoming bookings by date
Bookings grouped by date (Today, Tomorrow, and upcoming dates) so you know what's ahead without opening the full bookings list.
Quick action shortcuts
Jump directly to room types, activities, or ferry schedules from the dashboard — no digging through menus.

Booking Management

The bookings screen is where the day-to-day action happens. Every booking made through Andamanly appears here in real time, and you can act on it directly from the app:

Accept or reject — When a booking arrives in Processing status, you can confirm it immediately or reject it with a tap. Confirming early triggers the payout faster — no need to wait for the 12-hour auto-confirm window.
Search bookings — Find any booking by customer name, booking reference, or ID — useful when a customer calls you directly about a specific reservation.
Filter by status — View only Processing, Confirmed, Rejected, or Cancelled bookings. Useful for clearing your action queue or reviewing payout history.
Full booking detail — Tap any booking to see the complete detail sheet — customer info, service booked, date, payment status, and your payout amount.
Calendar view — Switch to the calendar view to see which dates have upcoming bookings mapped across your availability — helps identify overbooked or empty slots at a glance.

Inventory & Availability Calendar

Your inventory calendar controls which dates travelers can book from your listings. From the app, you can update it on any device, whenever:

Set daily capacity
Define how many bookings you accept per day for each service. The platform enforces the limit — once full, the date disappears from customer search.
Block unavailable dates
Going offline for maintenance or closing for the monsoon? Block dates directly from the app. Blocked dates are hidden from customers entirely.
Apply changes to date ranges
Bulk-update inventory and pricing across a range of dates in one action — useful when opening or closing a whole season.
Past date protection
The app prevents editing past inventory entries — keeping your historical records accurate for payout reconciliation.
Monsoon tip: Block June–September in your inventory calendar before the season ends. Most water activities, scuba operators, and private ferries don't run during monsoon — blocking in advance prevents bookings from coming in for dates you can't service.

Payouts & Earnings

The Billing & Payouts screen gives you a full earnings history with no ambiguity. Every payout entry shows:

Total earned — Cumulative earnings across all confirmed bookings on Andamanly
Pending payouts — Count of confirmed bookings where the payout transfer is still in progress
Last payout date — When your most recent bank transfer was processed
Payout history — Itemised list — date, time, payout ID, status, and amount for every transfer

Payouts are transferred automatically to your registered bank account via Razorpay after a booking confirms — no manual request needed. The payout breakdown (gross booking value, platform commission, TDS, and your net amount) is visible per booking in the booking detail sheet.

Push Notifications

Push notifications via Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) are built into the app. You don't need to check the dashboard constantly:

Booking alerts
A push notification arrives the moment a traveler books your service — while the app is open, in the background, or even when it's closed.
Payout alerts
You're notified when a payout is processed and transferred to your bank account.
Tap to navigate
Tapping the notification takes you directly to the relevant booking detail inside the app.

You can manage notification preferences from the Settings screen in the app — Booking Alerts and Payout Alerts are on by default. Promotional notifications are opt-in.

The Andamanly Partner App is free to download and free to use. If you're already a registered vendor on Andamanly, log in with your existing credentials — your account, listings, and bookings are all there.

If you haven't registered yet, you can complete the full onboarding — vendor type, company details, bank account, and agreement signing — directly inside the app.
